24th Ave NW Calgary (west Confederation Park) - Nestar Russell - 10-21-2025
The first photo is of the footpath and the second photo is the house on which the graffiti is painted. We assume this is landlord graffiti. Another possibility is that it could be a tenant-initiated attempt to mark out parking for tenants with disabilities (although the blue is a little too dark). We think it is most likely to be landlord or tenant graffiti designed to save parking spaces in an area that has high parking demands.
