On the footpath of Kelburn Parade (the high foot traffic main street that runs through Victoria University of Wellington) was a "Approved by life WeightWatchers" stencil. This photo was taken around 2010. It's possible that the dieting corporation WeightWatchers had nothing to do with the placement of this graffiti, although as a marketing strategy, it conceptually and visually shares much in common with their more official floor stickers, which were placed on supermarket floors nationwide (see the second photo).
