Various local businesses posted stickers on a public street post in Tofino, alongside quite a few examples of what is presumed to be artist graffiti. Based on my own local bylaws, stickers posted (unauthorized) on public property would be considered graffiti. However, Tofino does not have detailed graffiti bylaws posted online, so it is unclear whether or not they would consider this graffiti “criminal”— based on their website, bylaws seem to only be addressed on a per-complaint basis: https://tofino.ca/public-services/safety...forcement/
